Data protection / Disclaimer

Settlement of disputes
We are not obliged and do not participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration body.

Liability for contents
The contents of our pages have been prepared with the greatest care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the contents.

As a service provider we are responsible according to § 6 Abs.1 MDStV and § 8 Abs.1 TDG for our own contents on these pages according to the general laws. However, service providers are not obliged to monitor the third-party information transmitted or stored by them or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links
Our website contains links to external websites of third parties over whose contents we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements of the law, we will remove such links immediately.

Copyright
The operators of these pages always endeavour to respect the copyrights of others or to make use of self-created or licence-free works.

The contents and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. Contributions of third parties are marked as such. Duplication, editing, distribution and any kind of use outside the limits of copyright law require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Data privacy

The operator of this site takes the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration.

Objective and Responsible Body
This data protection declaration explains the type, scope and purpose of processing (including collection, processing and use, including consents) of personal and other data within our online offer and the websites, functions and contents associated with it (hereinafter jointly referred to as "online offer" or "website"). This privacy policy applies regardless of the domains, systems, platforms and devices (e.g. desktop or mobile) on which the online offer is executed.

What is personal data?
The term personal data is defined in the Federal Data Protection Act. According to this, these are individual details about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, your real name, your address, your telephone number or your date of birth.

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or e-mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on voluntary basis.

No data transmission to third parties
Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless we are legally obliged or authorised to do so or you have expressly consented to this. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority
In the event of breaches of data protection law, the person concerned has a right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority. The responsible supervisory authority for data protection issues is the data protection officer of the federal state in which our company is based. A list of data protection officers and their contact details can be found at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

Right to data transferability
You have the right to have data which we process automatically on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another person responsible, this will only take place if it is technically feasible.

Right to information, deletion, blocking
You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing as well as a right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint if you have any further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right of objection against data collection in special cases and against direct advertising (Art. 21 DSGVO Datenschutzgrundverordnung)

If the data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f DSGVO, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. The respective legal basis on which processing is based can be found in this data protection declaration. If you file an objection, we will no longer process your personal data concerned, we can prove that there are compelling reasons worthy of protection for the processing which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO).

If your personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is associated with such direct marketing. If you object, your personal data will no longer be used for the purpose of direct marketing (objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO).

Right to limitation of processing
You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the imprint.

The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:

- If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to check this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

- If the processing of your personal data was / is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of deletion.

- If we no longer need your personal data, but you do need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request a restriction on the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.

- If you have filed an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO, a consideration must be made between your and our interests. As long as it is not yet clear whose interests prevail, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted.

- If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data may only be processed - apart from their storage - with your consent or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or on grounds of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.

Cookies
Some of the Internet pages use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause any damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses. Cookies serve to make our website more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website.

You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be limited.

Server log files

The provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us.

These are:

- Browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request

These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. These data are not combined with other data sources. We reserve the right to check these data subsequently if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

Liaison
We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us, for example when you contact us. The personal data transmitted to us in this way will of course only be used for the purpose for which you made them available to us when contacting us. These details serve us to concretise your inquiry and to improve the processing of your request. A communication of this information takes place expressly on voluntary basis and with your consent. If this involves information on communication channels (e.g. e-mail address, telephone number), you also agree that we may contact you via this communication channel in order to respond to your request.

You can of course revoke your declarations of consent at any time in the future. Please contact us for this.

Collateral
We have taken extensive technical and organizational precautions to protect your data from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons. Our security procedures are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. We use authentication and authorization procedures to ensure as far as possible that unauthorized persons do not have access to your personal data or use unauthorized services reserved exclusively for you.

SSL encoding
This site uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as requests you send to us as a site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change the data protection declaration in order to adapt it to changed legal situations or to changes in the online offer or data processing. However, this only applies with regard to declarations on data processing. If user consents are required or components of the data protection declaration contain provisions of the contractual relationship with the users, the changes will only be made with the users' consent. Users are therefore asked to inform themselves regularly about their content, especially if they provide personal information again.

Contradiction advertising mails
We herewith object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material. The operators of these pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited advertising information, such as spam e-mails.

Google Analytics
There is no Google Analytics tracking on our website.

Google Web Fonts
This page uses so-called web fonts from Google to display fonts uniformly. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required Web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly. For this purpose, however, the browser you are using does not connect to Google's servers, but accesses our customer server. As a result, Google is not aware that Google Fonts has been accessed via your IP address.

The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offers. If your browser does not support web fonts, a default font is used by your computer.
